The Jackson County Central gymnastics team posted its highest score of the season Tuesday at Redwood Valley, but lost to the Cardinals by a score of 133.575-127.925.
Romy Rosenbrock won the balance beam (8.25), tied for third on vault (8.525), and was fourth on bars (7.9) and floor exercise (8.7). This placed her in second place across the board with a score of 33.375.
Clara Brinks placed second on beam (8.2), fifth on bars (7.725) and third in the all-around (32.775). Braelyn Boogerd placed fifth in the all-around (31.15) and tied for third on vault (8.525).
The Huskies are now 3-2 on the season and 2-1 in the Big South Conference West Division.
