India’s women beat their Australian counterparts by eight wickets on Sunday in the one-off Test in Mumbai. With this historic win, India also registered their first ever Test victory against Australia!
After losing the toss, India bowled out Australia for 219 on the opening day of the Test. Then, Shafali Verma, Smriti Mandhana, Richa Ghosh and Jemimah Rodrigues made valuable contributions to help India take a 187-run lead.
