Endeavor Group’s IMG Arena has acquired the exclusive global data and broadcast rights for Cricket West Indies.

The agreement will enable IMG Arena to obtain official data from more than 450 matches across the West Indies men’s and women’s national teams, the West Indies U19s, the West Indies Academy and several domestic leagues.

The deal has been struck in partnership with cricket data and analytics provider CricViz, which will provide its own match center to deliver advanced data analysis, including graphical visualizations and live event insights, as well as predictive models. CricViz will also support data collection through its ground operation and collection software.

“This partnership has enabled us to increase the number of games we can make available to fans, which includes more detailed live scoring and live match statistics at the Windiescricket.com Live Match Centre,” said Cricket West Indies’ Director of Commercial, Marketing and Communications. Dominic Warren. “We are excited to be able to offer more domestic and regional West Indies international matches than ever before so fans can follow their favorite teams and players.”

Freddie Long, Head of IMG Arena, commented: “Cricket fans are among the most passionate in the world, making Cricket West Indies a great addition to our growing content portfolio. We are delighted to partner with CricViz and leverage their established position in sports to drive further fan engagement and deliver first-class content to our partners.”

The West Indies currently play England in a five-match T20 cricket series, in which they lead 2-1, having beaten England in the best-of-three One Day International (ODI) series 2-1.
