Australian captain Pat Cummins was sold to Sunrisers Hyderabad for A$3.66 million in the Indian Super League auction, the highest price in the history of the competition.

Earlier, World Cup champion Travis Head was also snapped up by Sunrisers for $1.22 million. After a bidding war between Hyderabad and Chennai Super Kings in Dubai, the Sunrisers have bagged the services of the South Australian outfit for INR 6.8 Crores.

Meanwhile, Australian star Steve Smith is not sold.

There are 21 Australians up for auction.
