Manchester-based Kasturi will partner with Cricket New Zealand from the start of next summer.
The sportswear brand already supplies a technical kit for England cricket, and this marks its first steps into the New Zealand market.
The 6-year deal will mean the kit for all forms of the game will be made available to teams, staff, communities and fans.
“We are extremely pleased to announce our partnership with Cricket New Zealand. The team plays sport the right way – positive, authentic and humble – and that is all we strive for as a brand,” said Tom Behun, Co-Founder of Castor Castor.
“There are more similarities with the Black Caps and Whiteferns, in that the teams are not afraid to take on the supposed top players in the sport, much like us.
“This latest association strengthens Castor’s presence and commitment to the global sporting landscape as we continue to partner with teams at the game’s elite level.”
NZC GM Commercial Chris Smith added:
“There is great alignment between the values and goals of NZC and Castore.
“The partnership with Castore provides opportunities for NZC to better serve the high performance needs of our players, to build on the NZC, Blackcaps and White Ferns brands, and to meet the changing preferences of fans.”
