What are solar storms?

These are explosive processes that occur in the Sun and are characterized by the expulsion of huge streams of energy, various particles and electromagnetic radiation into space.

Most of these electrically charged particles are headed toward Earth. When they enter the planet’s magnetic field, they interact with it, causing disturbances.

If you suffer from headaches, it is best to avoid drinks containing caffeine, which creates additional stress on the body. Instead, prefer herbal tea.
