TROUP – Troup High School senior Bailey Blanton has been named to the Texas Girls Coaches Association Class 3A volleyball team.
Blanton (5′-10″), who saw duty at the middle hitter, outside hitter and setter positions, collected 341 kills last season. She averaged 3.1 kills per set.
Blanton compiled 312 digs during the last campaign and averaged 3.2 digs per set.
She also got the job done from the service line by serving up 63 aces.
Blanton was a four-year starter for Troup Volleyball.
