LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Nebraska’s championship game against Texas is now the most-watched women’s volleyball game in history.
On Tuesday, ESPN reported that Texas’ sweep of Nebraska averaged 1.7 million viewers on ABC, a 115% increase from last year.

The match peaked with 2.1 million viewers.
Female viewership, which makes up 51% of the audience, is up 151% from last year, according to ESPN.
