Pat Cummins and Harry Brook bought in IPL Auction (PA)
Australia captain Pat Cummins secured a record contract worth £1.94 million at the Indian Premier League auction, while England duo Harry Brook and Chris Woakes secured deals worth just under £400,000.
Cummins bowed out of the 2023 tournament to focus on international cricket, but has become even hotter after leading his side to the World Test Championship and World Cup held last month on Indian soil.
