Jadakiss has shown his full commitment to a healthy lifestyle, and by doing so, he shared his intense workout regime.

On Friday (December 29), a video surfaced on social media, shared via 2 Cool 2 Blogwhere the rapper (real name Jason Terrence Phillips) can be seen showing off his abs workout.

“It’s about planning. You have to put that in. Put that in,” a voice can be heard in the background, coaching The Lox MC. The display of strength sparked many reactions from fans who were greatly impressed by the feat.

“This is not easy to do at any level,” one user wrote, impressed by the level of difficulty demonstrated by the 48-year-old. “Strong ass essence,” says the second comment.

Others have started a petition for the Jadakiss-backed fitness platform. “Jada needs a fitness show…this is unbelievable at any age,” a third user commented below the post.

The video comes on the heels of the “Put Ya Hands Up” rapper posting to his Instagram Stories – wearing thick winter gear – where he showed off his gymnastics skills.

Despite the restrictions on his clothing, he can be seen jumping and holding one gymnastics ring in each hand. Once he pulls himself up and suspends himself above the ground, the New York City native rotates his body to complete a 360-degree somersault with his arms still.
