Simone Biles is ready to stop the trolling.
Simone Biles doesn’t want to hear it from the online world about her husband, Jonathan Owens, safety with the Green Bay Packers, recent comments that have gone viral. She’s gone so far that the gold medal-winning gymnast only has four words for critics: “Are you done yet?”

If you’re not aware of Simone Biles’ husband drama, here’s a quick tutorial.
Biles has won four Olympic gold medals and is arguably the greatest gymnast of all time. In 2020, she began dating current defensive back Jonathan Owens, and the couple was engaged in 2022 and married in 2023.
On a recent episode of The Pivot podcast, Owens said he “didn’t know who [Biles] “It was around that time” they started dating and he didn’t really “pay attention” to gymnastics. He also said he was the “catch” in the relationship.
Maybe the issue was just a joke, and not knowing who Biles is is something Owens has said on several occasions before. However, for some reason this turned out differently, and the internet was not happy.
In addition to several people attacking the Packers DB online, internet sleuths discovered old tweets from 2012 in which Owens made comments about American gymnast Gabby Douglas, including a nasty comment about the then-16-year-old’s appearance.

This tweet definitely proves that Owens took an interest in gymnastics at one point, and likely shows that it’s unrealistic that he didn’t know who Simone Biles was when they started dating. Also, while Owens was also a teenager when he made those comments about Douglas, the fact that he tweeted them at all has put his “attractive” status into question for many.
Despite the drama, Biles seems unfazed by her husband’s comments and isn’t just waiting for the online trolling to stop.
