A memorial will be held on Wednesday, January 10 at 4 p.m
Thompson Rivers University (TRU) will hold a memorial service for Owen McInnis.
McInnis, a member of the school’s men’s volleyball team, was killed in a multi-vehicle accident in Kamloops on Wednesday, Nov. 29.
His family held a memorial service in his hometown of Guelph, Ontario on December 9.
The university is now holding a memorial service for teammates, students and staff to attend. It will be held at TCC Gym on the TRU campus on Wednesday, January 10 at 4 p.m

In the accident, two other members of the volleyball team, Owen Waterhouse and Riley Brennen of Kelowna, were seriously injured.
