2024 is off to a successful start for Olivia Dunn.
On her Instagram Stories on Saturday, the 21-year-old LSU gymnast posted a new selfie to commemorate her “szn meet,” one day after the Tigers won on opening night.
“I [heart] “Meeting szn,” Dunn captioned the shot from what appeared to be the Tigers’ locker room.
No. 3 seed LSU topped No. 14 Ohio State in its season opener Friday 196.975-196.775.
In her first appearance of the season, Dunne earned 9.875 points.
“Overall, I’m happy with the start. It’s been solid. We played a very good team tonight that had nothing to lose when we came in here and we had to fight our way out and I’m proud of the way we fought. This has become a A distinctive feature of our team.”
Dunn, who is currently in her senior year, was counting down to LSU’s season opener.
In an Instagram post from last week, the New Jersey native shared a pair of photos of herself playing for the Tigers.
Dawn commented on the post, saying: “There is work to be done,” adding the hashtag “Meeting of the week, Monday.”
LSU finished fourth in the NCAA Tournament last April.
It’s been a wild 12 months for Dunne.
The social media sensation, who has more than 12 million followers between her Instagram and TikTok pages, first appeared in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit last spring, calling it a “dream” opportunity.
“Just having the opportunity to wear SI Swimsuit was a dream come true for me, and when it happened, I couldn’t believe it,” she told the publication.
Dunne will appear in the 2024 edition of the magazine, with her photo shoot taking place in Portugal.
Meanwhile, she and her Tigers are preparing for a team quad meet at the Sprouts Farmers Market in West Valley City, Utah, next Saturday.
