Tuscaloosa, Ala. – Alabama gymnastics put on a show Friday night at Coleman Coliseum, giving Crimson Tide fans their first look at the 2023-24 team in the Crimson and White preliminary meet, where the White team cruised to victory.
Alabama showcased more than 30 routines to the Crimson Tide faithful. UA had a pair of gymnasts competing in the all-around – seniors Shania Adams And a second year student Gaby Gladio As a 15-time All-American and a senior Luisa Blanco Compete on vault, balance beam and floor exercises. Juniors Corinne Bonjan And Lily Hudsonbig Cameron Machado And a second year student Rachel Rybicki He also competed in three events during the preview meet.
In addition, all four newcomers, Chloé LaCoursiere, Gaby Ladani, Natalia Pawlak And Jamison Searsmade their debut inside Coleman Coliseum.

“What a great night. It was really fun to be back in the arena. Before we started, we talked to the team about our goal for tonight. We wanted to get out there and quickly adapt to the equipment,” Lighting – Differences from Gym to Arena. We also wanted to start learning how to build momentum and create momentum – knowing that there were going to be mistakes, there were going to be some things that didn’t go quite our way, but learning how to channel that energy, create momentum and keep it going throughout the entire event. And I’m really proud of our ladies for doing that tonight. A lot of them competed like veterans, whether they were freshmen, sophomores, juniors, seniors or seniors, they all conducted themselves in a really calm manner. We still need to improve some form, work on some details, but overall “I’m really happy with the level of trust they put in each other and in their training tonight.”
