A government school principal beat up two students with a cricket bat in Kheda Khajuria area of Ujjain district. The principal was upset after seeing both of them playing cricket inside the classroom. A video of the incident circulated on social media. A senior education ministry official said they would take action after conducting an investigation into the matter.
