Chery Tiggo is strengthening its roster for the upcoming 2024 Premier Volleyball League (PVL) season after snapping up veteran Aby Maraño from disbanded F2 Logistics Cargo Movers.
The team made the announcement on Tuesday, January 2, an hour after it was also revealed that it had also acquired Ara Galang from Cargo Movers.

Maraño, 31, will join a powerhouse cast that includes sisters EJ and Ia Laurie, Jaya Santiago and setter Jasmine Nabor.
Maraño had played for Cargo Movers since 2016 before the team announced its dissolution early last month.
She was also a former captain of the national team that participated in the Southeast Asian Games.
The Crossovers are looking to make an impact this season after finishing fourth in the All-Filipino Conference last season. They also placed fifth in the First All-Filipino Conference and eighth in the Convocation Conference.
