Second-seeded Louisville volleyball will face top-seeded Pittsburgh on Saturday for the third time this season — with a trip to the Final Four on the line.
U of L senior Aiko Jones said the Cardinals will prepare for Pittsburgh as if they were a team they had never played before.
“They do things differently, we do things differently… We treat them like we’ve never played them before because we want to be fresh and relate to what they might be doing,” Jones said.
Jones is playing in her fifth NCAA tournament and is one of the team’s captains. It helped prepare the younger players mentally for the task ahead.
