AUSTIN, Texas – No. 1 Texas Volleyball player Madison Skinner has been named VolleyballMag.com’s National Player of the Year, marking the third straight season the Longhorn have won the award. Asjia O’Neal joined Skinner on the publication’s All-America First Team after the duo helped lead Texas to the 2023 national championship. Gerrit Elliott was also named VolleyballMag.com’s National Coach of the Year. In six NCAA matches, Skinner has totaled 125 kills (20.8 per game).
