Simone Biles, the most decorated gymnast of all time, recently shared with her fans photos of a thoughtful and sweet gift given to her by her husband Jonathan Owens. The gift, which was bouquets of roses and other flowers, melted hearts everywhere.
For Biles and Owens, the past two weeks have been fairly busy. In an appearance on The Pivot Podcast on December 19, Owens made some comments, saying he was the catch in the relationship, leaving the internet indignant.
What followed was a raft of criticism, with the NFL player being called toxic and a “red flag.” However, Simone Biles was quick to clap back and defend her husband, posting a simple note on X saying: “Are you done yet” and explaining her thoughts on the matter.
Now, with her latest Instagram Story, the Olympian has proven once again why she and Owens are such a special couple. In the photo shared by the American, fans can see two huge bouquets of red and white roses. There’s even a woven basket filled with pink and white chrysanthemums and lilies. Biles simply captioned the shot:
