The top-ranked Worthington gymnastics team defeated Jackson County Central on Thursday night, 140.675-127.75.The loss drops the Huskies to 3-3 on the season.
Romy Rosenbrock took third on floor exercise and Clara Brinks scored 8.775 to place fourth. The two were also in the top five on beam, with Brinks placing fourth (8.35) and Rosenbrock placing fifth (8.225).
Braelyn Boogerd placed fifth on vault (8.725). The best JCC score on bars came from Rosenbrook who placed sixth with a 7.75.
Rosenbrock finished fifth in the all-around (33.425), followed by Brinks (32.725), Erika Hanson (30.6) and Boogerd (30.55).
The Huskies return to action Saturday at the Martin County Invitational in Vermont. JCC hosts New Ulm Monday.
